What is you return and exchange policy?

Thank you for choosing Boomgalow. We take pride in offering exclusive luxury products, created to the highest standards of quality. Due to the special nature of our items and our commitment to exclusivity, we want to inform you about our return policy.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Since our swimsuits are limited-edition products, and to ensure the hygiene and quality of each garment, this policy applies to all items purchased on our website.

Exceptions and Special Considerations:

Although we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns about the condition of your order or the product received, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Please note that we allow only 2 days after delivery to report any issues with your order.Our team is available to help resolve any issues related to: Manufacturing defects. In these cases, we will be happy to offer an appropriate solution, which may include a product exchange or store credit, as we do not issue refunds.

Reasons for Our Policy:
    1.    Hygiene and Safety: In accordance with consumer protection regulations, swimsuits are intimate products, and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once the item has been delivered.
    2.    Limited Editions: Each item in our collection is unique and produced in limited quantities. Due to the exclusivity of our designs, we cannot resell returned products.
    3.    Quality and Exclusivity: We ensure that all our products are of the highest quality before shipping. Our no-return policy reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every piece you purchase is an exclusive and carefully selected investment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been fulfilled, or before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe and it has not been fulfilled, please email us at support@boomgalow.com. Your email should include your name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel. Please use the same email address you used to place the order. Kindly ensure your email is written in English, as we may not be able to respond to messages in other languages. Please note that cancellations are not accepted for Gift Cards.

What is your timeframe for defective items return requests?

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery if you encounter any defective items. We kindly ask that any concerns be reported within this 2-day period, starting from the date the package was received.

How do I submit a return request?

Please email us at returns@boomgalow.com. Kindly ensure you include your order number and one of our customer service representatives will process your request.

What if my item is damaged?

We ensure the delivery of exclusive products, created to the highest standards of quality, and we perform a rigorous, double quality control on all our products after production and once again before shipping them to their new owner. If for any reason your item is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error please contact us at support@boomgalow.com.

How long does a return request takes to process?

Returns are accepted by mail within 3 calendar days from the delivery date. To return items via FedEx, simply print your prepaid shipping label at home, pack your items securely, and drop them off at any FedEx location.

You can track the status of your return through your order history or by using the tracking number on your return shipping label. All returns are processed via standard ground shipping.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse, up to 14 business days for processing, and an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
