What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the highly limited nature of our pieces and the care that goes into preparing each order, all sales are considered final once placed. We do not accept cancellations after an order has been submitted.

Each Boomgalow piece is crafted in extremely limited quantities and reserved exclusively for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
